Axiom is an early-stage testing product still being built. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice, and data may be reset. Use it to explore and give feedback — not as your only source for graded coursework.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using any part of Axiom, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Because this is a beta, you also agree that your use is at your own risk as described below.

2. The service is a beta

Axiom is provided as-is for testing and feedback during an active construction period. We make no promise that:

  • The app will be available without interruption or downtime.
  • Lessons, problems, scores, streaks, or progress will be accurate or preserved.
  • AI-generated explanations, practice plans, or tutor answers will be correct.
We may add, change, reorganize, or remove content and features at any time, and we may reset accounts, courses, or stored data during the beta.

3. Your account and conduct

You must be at least 13 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to create an account, and you're responsible for keeping your login secure. Please use Axiom honestly — don't try to break it, scrape it, or misuse the AI tutor. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service, especially during this testing phase.

4. AI-assisted content

Some content in Axiom — including practice problems, worked examples, and tutor responses — is generated or supported by AI. It may contain mistakes. Always verify against your own coursework or a trusted source, and never rely on beta AI output as your sole study material for graded work.

5. No warranty

Axiom is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Learning is not liable for any loss, grade impact, or inconvenience resulting from your use of this beta.

6. Changes to these terms

Because the product is under construction, these Terms will change too. We'll update the date above when we make material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
